Visitors

Non-members are welcome to visit a meeting for no charge. Classes and retreats are more expensive for non-members.

To become a member you will need to complete the membership form below and pay the annual subscription:

$30.00 for a full year membership, however if this is paid after 1 September this increases to $35
$15.00 for a new members joining after January till 31st May

METHODS OF PAYMENT:

Direct Credit to Coastal Quilters, BNZ a/c: 02 0524 0056822 00 (please include your surname and the word subs) OR Cash payments can be given to the Membership Secretary or Treasurer at the meetings

Membership will only be considered current where a fully completed form is received and payment made.
A Register of Members will be administered in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
Members must inform the Membership Coordinator if their contact details have changed.

ROSTERED DUTIES

To enable our guild meetings to function smoothly, we rely on every member to complete rostered duties, these include setting up frames, putting out plastic chairs and tables, assisting in the kitchen, library or on sales and raffle tables. Please indicate below if you are physically unable to complete any of the rostered duties.

I consent to Coastal Quilters releasing my name and contact details to another Coastal Quilters club member only for the membership list and for distribution to Coastal Quilters members.
I consent to Coastal Quilters showing my name and work in the Coastal Quilters newsletter and website.
